Solution

Fungi:

  1. Fungi can range from primitive single-celled organisms to sophisticated multicellular ones.
  2. They can be found pretty much anywhere.
  3. However, rather than living in the sea or fresh water, the majority of them prefer to live on land, primarily in soil or plant matter.
  4. Fungi, together with soil bacteria, are the primary organic matter decomposers in terrestrial ecosystems.
  5. They are members of the Fungi Kingdom. Molds that develop on food are among the most prevalent fungi we encounter in our daily lives.
  6. These organisms may appear to be ineffective, obnoxious, and expensive.
  7. Fungi, on the other hand, play a significant part in practically every terrestrial ecosystem on the planet.
