• Potassium mainly occurs in deposits of $\mathrm{KCl}$ (Sylvite), a mixture of $\mathrm{KCl}$ and $\mathrm{NaCl}$(Sylvinite) and double salt of $\mathrm{KCl}·{\mathrm{MgCl}}_2·6{\mathrm{H}}_2\mathrm{O}$(Carnallite) and as ${\mathrm{K}}_2\mathrm{O}·{\mathrm{Al}}_2{\mathrm{O}}_{3·}6{\mathrm{SiO}}_3$(Feldspar).
