where is the alien piece of DNA attached? here it is written that the alien DNA is linked to the origin of replication so that the alien piece of DNA can replicate and multiply itself in the host organism. So the alien piece of DNA is added at the ori site or recognition site?

The alien piece of DNA is attached at the recognition site of clonning vector. However, the clonning vector needs to have origin of replication so that alien DNA can replicate along with the vector inside host organism.
