1. As we go up the no. of air molecules decreases.
2. Due to a decrease in no. of air molecules density decreases and so is the force applied by the air molecules.
3. Therefore, the atmospheric pressure decreases with elevation.
   Hence, atmospheric pressure will be less at the top of the high mountain and will be more at ground level.
