Solution

The correct option is B Hepatic portal vein
The hepatic portal vein drains the blood from the spleen and gastrointestinal tract into the liver.

The renal vein drains the deoxygenated blood (the filtered blood) from the kidney to the inferior vena cavas of the heart.

The two carotid arteries which are present on either side of the neck supply blood to the neck, face, brain and head.

The pulmonary artery takes the deoxygenated blood to the lungs from the heart (right ventricle). This is the only artery in the body that carries deoxygenated blood.
