Prokaryotes do not have a well defined nucleus. Instead nucleoid is found. On the other hand, in eukaryotes a well defined nucleus is present.
No membrane bound cell organelles are present in the prokaryotes, while eukaryotes have membrane bound cell organalles (endoplasmic reticulum, lysosomes, golgi bodies, etc) present in the cytoplasm.
Generally prokaryotic organisms like bacteria have cell wall along with plasma membrane. Likewise in eukaryotic organisms, only plants and fungi have cell wall. Animal cells do not have cell walls.
The cell size of prokaryotic cells is usually small, while in eukaryotic cell it is comparatively larger.
