The correct option is B Total Surface Area
Let the side of a cube be "s"
Total Surface Area is the area of all the 6 sides of a cube , and

Lateral Surface Area is the area of all sides excluding the base and top, which means it takes into account only 4 sides of the cube.

For example if we consider this cube:

Its Total Surface Area
=6×s2=6×4×4=6×16=96 cm2

And, Lateral Surface Area =4×s2=4×4×4=64 cm2

Therefore Total Surface Area > Lateral Surface Area

This is true for cubes of any dimension.

Option (b.) is correct.
