Solution

The correct options are
C

The cleavage furrow separates both the cells

D

Division of centromere occurs

Telophase is a stage in which the two sets of daughter chromosomes arrange themselves at the poles, their spindle fibres disappear and the nuclear membranes are formed surrounding the daughter chromosomes at the two poles. The chromatin material thins out to form the chromatin fibres and the cleavage furrow deepens but does not divide the cells completely.

Separation of both cells happens after completion of the cytokinesis stage. The division of the centromere happens during the anaphase stage.
