The correct options are
A The agreements reached at Yalta was highly criticised in the US in 1946.
B Communist governments were established in Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria with the help of USSR.
D There were widespread disagreements on the amount of reparations between US, UK, and the Soviet Union.
The Yalta Conference decided the division of Germany into zones administered by US, UK, French, and Soviet forces. The determination of reparations was assigned to a commission. There were disagreements regarding the reparations in this commission. As per the Yalta conference, the Soviet Union had to help in the establishment of democratic governments in eastern Europe. However, Stalin failed to keep his promises. Communist governments were established in Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, and Czechoslovakia. Non-communist political parties were suppressed and democratic elections were never held.
