Physical changes are those in which no new substance is formed.
Reversible changes are those which can be undone.
On heating, candle wax melts and becomes liquid. Similarly on cooling, water freeze to form ice cubes. Melting of wax and freezing of water are physical and reversible changes as no new products are formed and the processes can be reversed.
No new substance is formed during tearing of paper and bursting of balloon. But we cannot get the paper or balloon back in its original state. Thus, these are irreversible physical changes.
