Article 32 of the Indian Constitution that is the Right to Constitutional remedies is considered as ‘the heart and soul of the Constitution’. The article 32 is based on the right to Constitutional Remedies.
The Constitution guarantees and assures remedies if citizens’ fundamental rights are violated. The government cannot break or disobey upon or curb anyone’s rights. When these rights are violated, the aggrieved party can directly approach the courts. Citizens can even go directly and approach to the Supreme Court that can issue writs for enforcing fundamental rights.
