According to the right to life and liberty of men guaranteed by article 21 of the Indian Constitution, deals with the right of the individuals to live which is not limited to physical existence but also with its full dignity. Criminal law, a branch of existing laws is a body of rules that gives punishments to the people who threaten others’ life, welfare, and safety. Under this law, if the women are harassed, they can lodge a case as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 which was passed by Lok Sabha to protect the women.
