From observing the first two figures, we can identify a rotating pattern. The second image can be obtained by turning the first figure by 90 in the clockwise direction. (1 mark)
So in order to have a pattern the next image will be obtained by rotating the second figure by 90, as shown below. (1 mark)

So, if we replace the red colour by yellow and yellow by red, then the given images will follow a pattern. (1 mark)
