In Lassaigne's test, the organic compound is fused with sodium.
Carbon and nitrogen present in the organic compound gives sodium cyanide (NaCN).
This is further used in the test for nitrogen.

Hence, hydrazine cannot give Lassaigne's test for nitrogen.
