Solution

The correct option is A Pellagra
Vitamin Niacin (also known as vitamin B3 or nicotinic acid) is a water soluble vitamin essential for normal cellular metabolism as it is precursor of coenzymes nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP). The deficiency of Niacin (nicotinic acid) causes Pellagra and canine(dog) disease (black tongue). Pellagra is characterised with scaly, pigmented skin, irritation of the GI tract (diarrhoea).
