Which factors favour binding of oxygen with haemoglobin at the lung level?

Solution
Factors favor the binding of oxygen with hemoglobin in alveoli such as:-
High pO2: The greater the partial pressure of the oxygen causes the binding of hemoglobin with the oxygen efficiently.
Low pCO2: A large amount of carbon dioxide decreases the formation of oxyhemoglobin. Carbon dioxide has more affinity for hemoglobin than oxygen.
Lesser H+ concentration: The increase in the hydrogen ion concentration or decrease in pH causes increases in the dissociation of hemoglobin.
Lower temperature: The normal temperature favors the binding of hemoglobin with oxygen. The high temperature is responsible for the dissociation of oxygen from hemoglobin.
