Solution
The correct option is
D
Reaction
Arm-wrestling is a sport in which two arms each of different persons wrestle with each other.
The elbows of the arms are rested on a flat surface. So, there is a reaction force coming from the surface in upward direction.
The arms wrestling with each other have friction between them and so do the surface and the elbows placed on it.
Since arms are involved, there has to be muscular force coming into the play from the muscles of the two competitors in the sport.
