Let $x$ be the complement

$\therefore x+{15}^{\circ }={90}^{\circ }\Rightarrow x={90}^{\circ }-{15}^{\circ }={75}^{\circ }$

Let $y$ be the supplement

$\therefore y+{125}^{\circ }={180}^{\circ }\Rightarrow y={180}^{\circ }-{125}^{\circ }={55}^{\circ }$

So complement has greater value.

Option $A$ is correct.
