Solution

The correct option is A NH3
Atomic mass of N = 14 u
Atomic mass of H = 1 u

Number of moles = MassMolar Mass

(i) 100g N2 =100(14×2) moles =10028 moles

Number of N2 molecules =10028×6.022×1023

1 molecule of N2 has 2 atoms. So, number of N atoms =10028×6.022×1023×2=43.01×1023 atoms

(ii) 100g NH3=10014+(3×1)=10017 moles

=10017×6.022×1023 molecules

=10017×6.022×1023×4 atoms (since one molecule of NH3 has 4 atoms.)

=141.69×1023 atoms

NH3 would have more atoms
