Solution

The correct option is A Gibberellin
Bolting means elongation of the internode just before flowering. It is seen in plants like beet, onion. Gibberellin promotes bolting.
Cytokinin is a plant growth promoter that helps to produce new leaves, chloroplast in leaves, lateral shoot growth and adventitious shoot formation.
2,4-D stands for 2,4 dichlorophenoxyacetic acid. It is a synthetic auxin that is used as weedicides (chemicals that destroy unwanted plants called weeds).

Zeatin is the first natural cytokinin to be identified. Zeatin was isolated from corn kernels and coconut milk. Natural cytokinins are found in the region where rapid cell division occurs e.g in root apices. Cytokinins show plant growth-promoting activities.
