There are two groups of hormones which regulate blood pressure.

(a) Adrenaline and noradrenaline secreted by adrenal medulla. They maintain the blood pressure by vasoconstriction and vasodialation.
(b) Renin and angiotensin of kidney maintains blood pressure by regulating blood volume.
