Income on Rs 1 = Rs $\frac{7}{120}$ = Rs 0.058
For second case
Income on Rs 13.50 = $8 %$ of 10 = Rs 0.8
Income on Re 1 = Rs $\frac{0.8}{13.50}$ = Rs 0.059
$∴$ 2nd investment is better.
