2^100 is much larger than 100^2. In fact, 2^14 is 16384 which is already larger than 100^2


2^100 will be larger than 100^2 . 100^2 is just 10000, but 2^100 is 1267650600228229401496703205376. So I would say that 2^100 is relatively bigger in not only number of digits, but in magnitude.
