There is no compound like Br3COOH. We will hope that it is CBr3COOH. So out of CH3COOH and CBr3COOH, CBr3 COOH is more acidic. The reason can be explained as under. All the carboxylic acids will dissociate to give carboxylate ion and H+ in the solution. RCOOH --> RCOO- + H+ If the carboxylate ion is stable then the acid will be strong acid. Presence of electron releasing group like CH3 will increase the negative charge and make the carboxylate ion unstable. So CH3COOH is less acidic But Bromine is electron attracting group by inductive effect. So it will reduce the negative charge and carboxylate ion will be unstable. So CBr3COOH is more acidic than CH3COOH
