1. NO2 CH2 CH2 O- or CH3 CH2 CH2 O-. The most stable is the one with electron withdrawing group.Electron withdrawing group stabilises the anion more as it withdraws the electron towards itself.So the stable one is NO2 CH2 CH2 O- as its having electron withdrawing NO2 group, the other one is havingelectron releasing CH3 group, which destabilises the negative charge2. CH2 = CH - C (CH3)2 - CH3 or CH2 = CH -CH (CH3) -CH2 -CH3 3,3 - dimethyl 1- butene is more stable as its having more branching and tertiary carbon.The other compound 3-methyl - 1-pentene is having secondary carbon only.3. Secondary carbocation is most stable than the primary. So (CH3)2CH+ is more stablethan the CH3CH2+
