Answer is 1) Atmosphere.
Phosphorous comes from the weathering of rocks and decomposition of organic molecules into the lithosphere. Phosphorous drains from the land into water (hydrosphere). Atmosphere do not store phosphorous, therefore it is not a reservoir.
