Solution

The correct option is C Endosperm
Endosperm is formed from the fusion of male gamete with the secondary nucleus (formed from the fusion of two polar nuclei). This is known as triple fusion which results in the formation of a triploid primary endosperm mother cell which then forms the Endosperm . Thus, an Endosperm is a triploid structure.
Hence, Nucellus, integuments and embryo are diploid but the Endosperm is triploid.
So, the correct answer is C.
