Solution

The correct option is B Macula of utricle
Cochlear duct or scala media is a small canal in cochlea that separates scala vestibuli and scala tympani. The floor of cochlear duct is called basilar membrane which bears organ of Corti. Internal side of organ of Corti has rows of hair cells above which a thin and elastic membrane called tectorial membrane is present.
Macula is the projecting ridge of saccule and utricle which are otolith organs present in inner ear.
So, the correct answer is 'Macula of utricle'.
