Standard hydrogen electrode which is called as SHE which consists of a Platinum electrode covered with platinum black coating. This platinum electrode is dipped in 1M solution of $H^{+}$ions( mostly in $HCl$). Hydrogen gas is passed through it at 298K and at 1 atmosphere pressure is maintained in it. Hydrogen molecules are adsorbed on the $Pt$ electrode and behave as a $H_2$ plate.So it has a platinum metallic conductor and absorb hydrogen gas.

So option $D$ is not true.
