First find percentage for $Rs . 420 of 96000$
$\Rightarrow \frac{420}{96000} \times 100$
$\Rightarrow \frac{7}{16} \Rightarrow 0.43$
$Rs . 550 of Rs . 100000$
Now find percentage for $Rs . 550 of 100000$
$\Rightarrow \frac{550}{100000} \times 100$
$\Rightarrow 0.55$
$\Rightarrow$ $0.55$ is greater than $0.43$
Hence, percentage for $Rs . 550 of Rs . 100, 000$ is greater than percentage for $Rs . 420 of Rs . 96000$ .
