I don’t know if ‘Capacitate’ has anything to do with the use of capacitance. Maybe on a philosophical layer but we are doing science here right?
A battery is used to convert chemical energy to electrical energy, and not a capacitor.
Yeah! Sometimes as a student, I did feel that “they” are putting too many things on a circuit just to make it look complicated and scare us, but once I understood capacitance it never scared me again.
