3. The tRNA molecule has a shape of a three-clover leaf.
4. It consists of an acceptor stem, variable arm, D-arm, T-arm and anticodon arm.
5. It is formed by base pairing of 7 to 9 5' and 3' terminal nucleotides.
6. The 5' terminus has a phosphate group and the 3' terminus ends with a specific CCA or CCA tail sequence.
7. The amino acid attaches to the 3' hydroxyl group of the acceptor's arm.
