Here $-15$ is on the left side of $-10$

so, $-15$ is smaller than $-10$ and we have to find the smallest integer between $-10$ and $-15$

Then, it is $-14$ which is just before $-15$

Hence, the smallest integer lying between $-10$ and $-15$ is $-14$.
