1. It deals with disputes between organisations and individuals.
2. It deals with defamation.
3. Custody of children also comes under this law.
4. Right to education for every child.
5. Divorce or disputes between family members for properties etc.
6. Trade union membership.
7. Ownership issues
8. Copy right, insurance claims, etc.
