Those cases which have a claim of rupees 20 to rupees 1 crore can be filed in the State Commission under Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Those consumers who are not satisfied with the decision made by Rural commission can file a review case in State Commission under Consumer Protection Act, 1986 and in National commission too.
