Which mode of reproduction is more common ?? Asexual or sexual mode of reproduction

Asexual reproduction produces offspring that are genetically identical to the parent because the offspring are all clones of the original parent and large numbers of offspring can be produced quickly and may not have the genetic variation to survive in new or different conditions.
Genetic diversity is not seen in asexual reproduction whereas higher organisms reproduce by sexual reproduction & is considered to be a better mode of reproduction as it shows

• Genetic diversity to prevent a population dying of the same disease.
• It creates hybrid more vigorous than parents.
• It also leads to variations during meiosis by enhancing gene pool,
• Exchange DNA that enable organisms to adapt to the changing environment and
• It also important tool for evolution.
• It adds survival value to particular species.
