Sign of + and - only comes in DC current (direct current), in AC current (alternating current) fluctuates and changes its direction. So any device which are made for AC current have no indication of + and -.
For example -

Laboratory devices such as ammeter, volmeter, multimeter.

Any home devices, like fan tubelight, cooler, refrigirator. In our home we get AC current so whatever devices we use from it, never have indication of + and -.

Note - That is why at home, on switch board there is no indication of + and -.
