In (A), (B) and (D); sulphur, nitrogen and Mn are in their maximum oxidation state, so can only able to reduce, thus only act as oxidising agent.

(i) In case of oxidising agent
H2O2 itself get reduced:
e.g: +1H21O22O(H2O)
(ii) In case of reducing agent H2O2 itself get oxidise
H21O2O2.
