If you read the question carefully, you are indirectly asked to select the sulphate which is soluble.

That should be BeSO4. This is because the hydration enthalpy of the cations decreases as we go down the group (alkaline earth metals). But the lattice energy doesn’t drop at the same rate. In other words, as we go down the group, the energy released during hydration is not appreciably greater than the lattice energy. Hence the solubility of alkaline earth metal sulphates decreases as we go down the group.
