The correct option is D
Wurtz reaction is a coupling reaction where two alkyl halides react with sodium metal in the presence of ether to form higher alkane. Symmterical alkanes with even number of carbons are prepared in good yield because they will involve single alkyl halide for their preparation.
Compound (b) is symmetrical alkane prepared by following reaction:
2(CH3)2CHCH2ClNa−−ether2(CH3)2CHCH2CH2CH(CH3)2

Other options requires two different alkyl halide for their preparation. And the reactions end of with byproducts.
