Solution

The correct options are
A PVC
B Teflon
D Natural rubber
Addition polymers are formed by the repeated addition of monomer molecules possessing double or triple bonds, e.g., the formation of polythene from ethene and polypropene from propene.

When a single monomer is polymerized into a macromolecule, the product is called a homopolymer. Examples of this are PVC (Polyvinyl chloride), Teflon (Polytetrafluoroethylene), natural rubber (Polyisoprene).

SBR (Styrene-Buradiene) is not a homopolymer as it is formed by two different monomers, Styrene and Butadiene.

Hence, options A, C and D are correct options.
