A

Blood

C

Lymph

Blood and lymph are known as fluid connective tissues. Blood consists of several components such as plasma, platelets, white blood cells, red blood cells. They perform basic functions such as transporting oxygens, hormones, fighting infections etc. Lymph is a white colourless fluid which is carried along with WBCs in lymphatic vessels. Its main function is to fight infection and remove cell waste from the body. They're both known as connective tissues because they connect all the systems in our body and perform its functions across the whole body.
