The correct option is D

If we carefully observe that A & B have same order but the corresponding elements are not same. See that third elemnt for first roco for both the matrixes ar not equal for A it is 3 for B it is 4. Hence they are not equal.

But A & D satisfy the properties of equal matrixes as their orders are same (3 $\times$3) and the corresponding elements are equal. So A & D are equal C & E have same orders (2 $\times$ 2) but again don’t have equal corresponding elements.
