Solution

The correct options are
B

A car moving in busy traffic.

C

Motion of the seconds hand in a clock.

D

A train starting to move from rest.

For uniform motion, the distance covered in equal time intervals are equal and the direction of motion does not change.
Light travelling in vacuum is an example of uniform motion.
A body is said to be in non-uniform motion if it covers an unequal distance in an equal interval of time and/or it's direction changes during the motion. Motion of a train starting from the rest and that of a car in busy traffic have changing speeds. For seconds hand of a clock, it's direction is continuously changing and hence, it is in non uniform motion.
