Synthesis of lysosomes

The endoplasmic reticulum helps in synthesis of proteins and lipids. The proteins synthesised by the rough endoplasmic reticulum reach the golgi bodies. Here, the proteins are modified and packaged into a suitable form which can be utilised by the cell.
Golgi bodies also help in the synthesis of lysosomes which are called the suicidal bags of the cell.
