Farmers have to invest a lot of money to buy seeds, pesticides, fertilisers and other resources. Apart from money, they also need to invest a lot of time for a good crop yield. Factors like lack of rainfall, pest attacks and climate change can cause a reduction in the yield causing a loss for the farmers.
