Solution

The correct options are
A CO
B NO
C N2O
Neutral oxides are oxides which are neither acidic nor basic. In other words, oxides which neither react with acids nor with bases are called neutral oxides. Thus it has been observed that CO, NO and N2O do not react with either an acid or a base. Hence, they are called neutral oxides. Also, they don't affect litmus papers.
