XeF4 has two lone pairs on Xe (two lone pairs on opposite cancel the dipoles)and is nonpolar.
Even though in SF4 all the four F atoms dipoles are cancelled by each other there is a lone pair on S , hence it is polar.

all the dipoles are cancelled each other, so non-polar.
