Solution

The correct options are
B Krishna river
D Kaveri river
Peninsular River System emerges mainly from the Western Ghats. Since the Western Ghats forms a ‘water divide’, these rivers either flow eastwards into the Bay of Bengal or into the Arabian Sea towards the west. Peninsular Rivers are basically ‘rain-fed’ rivers. These peninsular rivers are seasonal but carry a great volume of water fed by rainfall. Krishna and Kaveri rivers are peninsular rivers.
