oxidizing agents are those oxidize others and get reduce themselves while reducing agents are those which reduce others and get oxidize themselves.
To be both oxidizing as well as reducing agent ,the central metals should have oxidization state between it maximum oxidization sate and minimum oxidation state.
so oxidation state of sulphur should be between +6 and -2.
and oxidation state of Nitrogen should be between +5 and -3.

Thus none of the option is correct.
